My name is Bekki, I have always loved animals, especially dogs and have been fortunate to have been around them all my life.
After leaving school I trained as a hairdresser but something was missing so I went to work at a boarding kennels which also looked after rescue dogs, this is when I realised that I definitely wanted to work with dogs.
I looked into different options and decided on dog grooming, I enrolled at College, got a job in a local dog grooming parlour and haven’t looked back.
I attended Chichester College’s Brinsbury Campus near Pulborough, West Sussex for two and a half years and have successfully completed City and Guilds Level 2 Dog Grooming Assistant Certificate, City and Guilds Level 3 Introductory Dog Grooming and NPTC Diploma for Professional Dog Stylists. I am also trained in pet first aid and a member of the British Dog Groomer’s Association.
The Dog Grooming Studio
Our studio is fitted with state of the art equipment which meets all appropriate regulations and safety standards. All of our equipment has electric lift for the safety of your dog.
All drying is done by hand, we do not use cage dryers.
All of our products are natural.
We diffuse lavender essential oil for a calm, relaxed atmosphere.
We do not use cages, but instead have spacious pens with comfy wipe clean beds for safety and comfort. It also allow dogs to have a break if necessary during the grooming process.
